You Mousse Try This Easy Chocolate Dessert
Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup chocolate syrup (for extra richness I like to use Hershey’s Special Dark)
1 TBSP Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Using a home whipped cream maker, combine ingredients until thoroughly mixed then add CO2 cartridges (you may want to use 2 but let the mixture chill in between adding them)
Alternative- If you are using an electric mixer, blend whipping cream and vanilla extract then slowly drizzle chocolate syrup in as whipped cream begins to form stiff peaks.
Chill and serve, garnish with fresh berries.
Chocolate Bowls
Directions:
Melt 8 oz. milk chocolate chips and 8 oz. white chocolate chips
Pour carefully into bowl molds, (taking care not to over fill), chill 30 minutes and then gently remove – these are an easy, beautiful addition to any meal.
*Molds for these are available at most discount retailers or any hobby / craft store.
You can fill the bowls with our chocolate mousse (as pictured) or use fresh berries and whipped cream.
