Who doesn’t want bright white teeth?
I am not very patient when it comes to teeth whitening. There are various options out there that are not only expensive and inconvenient, but the strips and messy trays left my teeth really sensitive.
Charcoal has become a main ingredient in many useful items as of late, so when I saw this whitening powder, although I was skeptical, I gave it a try. This stuff really worked for me…
There are many options out there and I haven’t researched what all of the various whiteners say they can do, but I do have a few really important words of advice…
USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN OPENING THE CONTAINER!
Use a designated toothbrush to be used only with the charcoal, as your toothbrush will never recover!
Dampen the toothbrush and gently touch it to the powder CAREFULLY, immediately putting the lid back on!
Brush your teeth in the shower or over a sink in clothes that you do not care about staining, because I am not sure how easily the splatter will come out of a white t-shirt or a white towel.
Be sure to try your best to contain the charcoal to INSIDE your mouth and rinse the sink immediately after finishing. I am not sure if it will stain, but that is not a risk I was willing to take.
I have read to only use the charcoal once a week, but I am not a dentist and would ask yours what he would recommend for you.
